Just fire the freaking coaching staff already. It is painfully obvious that Lavvy as lost the team and that many of the players respond to him by playing jittery sloppy and out of position. He has run his course and none of these assistants, none, should be retained.

Of course, Holmgren will not do this, so...why even care....

Ward wasnt the starter til tue playoffs, Martin gerber got that team to the playoffs and then cam ward went on a blistering hot streak in the playoffs. The same could happen here, both goalies are capable of being dominant

Even during there run Gerger actually played a little in the playoffs, but still Cam Ward was a beast. The 2 Red Army goalies do have the capability of getting hot, just like any goalie in the league, but right now were all just hoping for some decent goaltending 1st. Playoffs are a different animal but I'm very discouraged right now.
