- Throwing the ball in the red zone up by 17, on the road with a back up QB (albeit who’s better than the starter).

- an unimaginative play call on third and long to “set up” a 50+ yard FG attempt (burning a TO in the process) rather than letting the clock run down, take a 5 yard delay of game penalty and then pin them deep with a punt to make them go the length of the field with about a minute to go and no TOs.
