These hits are so hard to evaluate just because they happen about 40 times a game. It's just a matter of the person going into the boards keeping his footing. The early contact happens all the time but rarely looked.

When the player getting pushed loses his footing, it can get pretty ugly. If they suspend this then they need to enforce calling this a penalty from now on.
