Probably yeah. Every time Napoli or Inter have a chance to close the gap, they fuck it up.

Juventus was already a great team, add Ronaldo and they’re almost guaranteed to win Serie A, and may be favorites to win the UCL.

Would be cool, but I don't see it happening. Besides Juve, there's only three places he could go:

Napoli - could afford him, but won't.
Inter - could afford him but he needs to be top dog and that is Icardi's team, and Messi won't play with Icardi.
Milan - could get them back to their glory days, but not sure they could afford him as they've had financial issues as of late.
