Alexander Semin will miss tonight’s game against the Ottawa Senators with an injured right shoulder, according to a league source. The injury is not believed to be a serious problem and should not hold him out of the lineup for long. The team has formally listed Semin as day-to-day.

Semin was on the ice for the morning skate at KCI on Saturday but did not take part in the line rushes and did not take shots on goal during the session, likely because he’s being limited by the injured shoulder.
