Second wave of free agency - where do they go?

Now that the draft is done, the remaining names on the list of free agents that could realistically affect depth charts -

RB's-
JK Dobbins
Nick Chubb
Cam Akers

HM- ,Jamaal Williams, Gus Bus, and D. Foreman

WRs-
Amari Cooper
Keenan Allen
Diontae Johnson

HM-Robert Woods, Agholor, Tyler Boyd.

TE's-
Gerald Everett
and that's about it

QB's-
Aaron Rodgers
and that's about it

Other than it being very apparent that Rodgers is most likely to end up in Pittsburgh, any thoughts on where guys will go, should go? are these dudes spent and you could care less?

It doesn’t appear Chubb will be in CLE (I’m sad)…it will be interesting to see his landing spot

I think CLE will add a veteran WR (I mean look at their depth chart)….the way things ended with Coop. I doubt he is the guy

What? you don't think Juedy, Thrash and Tillman can get the job done?

Agreed they need something there.

Over the cap has Cleveland with 19m in cap space, they could make something happen, no one left should command more than 10M imho- probably not even that

Interesting side note- over the cap also lists 22.6 million in dead cap still allocated to Cooper's old contract - ouch

Stupid restructuring and then they traded him...that's where restructuring all these contracts can hurt.

I do expect them to target someone. Keenan Allen is interesting
