Jazz in 6 (or 7). Would have been 6 if Conley were healthy.

I think it will be less than 6 games. 4 or 5. I think Conley Jr. will play most of the series.

Los Angeles Clippers vs. Utah Jazz:

The Clippers struggle with rebounds. They don't put their best defensive matchups. They finally did late in the series against Dallas, but given what they've done for most of 2 years, I don't think they will play their best defense to start a series. Maybe that will change, but I can't count on it right now.

The Jazz have a lot of shooters.

I don't think Mitchell will score as well as he's done in the past few playoffs. But that might not be important, since this Jazz team is so deep.

The Jazz are not as good as their defensive rating suggests.

Niang and Mann will probably have 1 - 2 good games, probably more for Mann if he plays, but that doesn't seem to be something I can count on.

Utah has a tiny advantage in 2nd chance points in the regular season, and a large one in the playoffs. The Clippers were last in 2nd chance points in the playoffs.

I could see a sweep, but I'll say Utah in 5.

Utah has an advantage in fastbreak points and FTM per game, according to the rankings.

I think some will say that it’s unlikely that Mitchell goes for 45 points next game but I think it is equally unlikely that we will have eight threes by Ingles and only making one. Some will say that it’s unlikely that Paul George will have such a bad shooting night, but I also think that Luke Kennard won’t do as well as he did tonight. Kennard and George’s combined shooting seemed par for the course.

Can you remember any other Jazz playoffs game that ended on a defensive stop?

I have been less impressed by the Jazz defense this year, as I didn't think it was as good as its #4 ranking.

Yesterday's game helps elevate their defense. They have to play like that for the whole game though, not just the second half.

Good. Rest him unless we have a tied series. I originally felt rest until we lose one, but this hamstring was an issue earlier this year. Rest is best. If we advance to the next series, that’s a 0-0 tie so he should play.

No wonder why the Jazz are losing, no one has entered the game:

Maybe we should see if Conley can play now?

I don't think he'll be ready, normally hamstring injuries take weeks.

Boozer took more than 11 months, because he reaggravated it a few times during rehab.

A 25 point game is now 6. It's taken longer than 8 minutes, 49 seconds for the Jazz to lose a 25 point lead this time.

That's how long it took against OKC in 2018 game 5.
