Seattle among 8 cities named for XFL relaunch

I'm going to very seriously consider getting season tickets. I went to an XFL game in San Fran and it was hilariously entertaining.

In addition to Seattle--Dallas, Houston, LA, New York, St Louis, Tampa, Washington, DC. Not sure if it's dumb or smart to put these teams in the same cities as NFL franchises. Time will tell.

I already have season tix to the Hawks, go to around 20 Mariners games a year, and I'll probably hit a handful of NHL as well when that gets going. I'm not sure I can squeeze in XFL. Probably more likely to do that than Sounders though.

Dumb. No one is going to XFL over NFL. Their best hope would have been to go to places without competition. Maybe VMac is banking on t.v./video stream revenue over attendance?
