The World Cup loss was devastating, but at least as a consolation it means we get Dempsey and Yedlin back on the roster.

They aren't in the lineup today, but should be back by next game.

Oba was in great form before his suspension and he's back today. Pineda and Alonso, however, will be out. Gonna be interesting to see how our midfield is like without our two primary guys.

Sounders currently hold a 10 pt lead for the supporter shield and Vancouver is fighting for their playoff lives (barely clinging on to the last spot)

Should be a good match.

No Martins, Pineda, Yedlin, Dempsey or Alonso and boy did it show lol. Will be nice to have everyone back next game. I expect them to get back on track.

I think the emotion was there for Vancouver after the game because it's always big to beat a rival and the best team in the league, even if that rival/best team in the league is short some of its best players. We get them again in October near the end of the regular season and hopefully they'll be getting our full complement of players then.

Sucks to lose a Cascadia cup impact game, but will be great to be getting Deuce and Yedlin back soon and the team back to full asskicking strength.

I'm hearing that too, but it looks like if the transfer goes through, Yedlin will remain with the Sounders through the rest of the MLS season.

Although it sucks for the Sounders, it's great for Yedlin and good for the USMNT.

I don't completely understand the cba for the MLS, but whatever allocation money or transfer money we get back better be worth it, because Yedlin is a hell of a player who is ready to blossom into an excellent two way player in a year or two.

I guess this means Evans would move to rb next year. Defensively I don't think we'll take a step back at all since Evans is more than competent playing rb. What we'll miss though is Yedlin's spark offensively and his recovery speed.
