I wonder if Seattle is planning for Ellington more than Mendenhall in this one. Ellington benefitted last week as a 2 back against SF's defense. Also, Lynch will not be getting much on the ground unless Seattle wins handily. If he's the catalyst to Seattle's success tonight he needs to catch passes.

AZ D played us well, though SEA has a better OL than the Panthers. They did an especially good job of sealing the pocket, and keeping Cam in there. Sacked him 7 times. They've been solid against the run this year, as well.
