I'm glad he finally retired. In retrospect its pretty clear he has been done for a couple years now. He and Witten just held on too long. I guess their hearts still wanted to play, but their bodies just couldn't do it.

I've always said if not for Lee's injuries he would have been a Hall of Famer. I get it that you can say that about a lot of guys if not for their biggest weakness, but he was just incredible on some otherwise crappy defenses. I remember for a while they posted the team record with and without Lee playing and it was like night and day. Just a great player who did things the right way. I wish him luck and hope his example lives on in some of his teammates

Thanks for the memories MR Lee. Time to get ready to do some coaching when your ready. Jerry should have already told you that you have a job the minute you want to start coaching.

"As an individual he's one of the most selfless people that I've ever been around," linebacker Leighton Vander Esch said after the season. "The dude just truly loves the game, and he is going to do what's best for the game. He's extremely intelligent, he understands it like nobody I've been around. He's just a phenomenal individual -- his character bleeds off and is contagious.

"He's like an older brother to me, and I know he wants to see everyone around him succeed and that's just what's special about him. If other people are succeeding, [if] the team is succeeding? He's just as happy as if he was out there doing it. I think it's special to have a guy like him around. They don't come around very often."

No they don't

Love Lee but have a hard time forgetting this brain fart....

You mean the Sean Lee that was trying to get teammates in place pre-snap and was the one to make contact with Stafford on the play? That's the player you blame for this?

We've had this discussion before and we disagreed then too.

I say big mistake. Deer in headlights.

You say otherwise.

I'd still like him as a coach though.

Sounds like he is gonna spend this year with his family.
Maybe we sign him next year?
