I predict the bevell fan club will cry about Schottenheimer, a lot.

Problem solved, JMR is the first on my ignore list woot.

I want to add another prediction.

The Hawks will make a in season trade this year and we might lose one of our RB's.
Haha BFD. This guy is that clown at the racetrack who bets the longshots every time and then when one finally hits, he runs around and brags about it to everyone. It would be hilarious to see this dude at the sportsbook in Vegas. "I'll take the over, UNLESS...…"but".....blahblahblah." It doesn't work that way. A prediction stands on its own and doesn't have a bunch of conditions. My gawd.

i never really had a problem with Bevell, the Hawks had most of the time a top 10 offense with him as OC and i would have loved to see what they could have did with a offensive line. Which they never had really when he was the OC. It's like blaming the car for being out of gas.. wtf

it's so nice having a wannabe class clown ignored, all he ever tries to do is make himself feel self important. I truly urge all of you to do it. Removing someone that would rather make personal attacks than have a football conversation is a blessing. We come here for football discussions and all JMR ever wanted to do was have a pissing contest and to tell you that your "opinion" is wrong lol.

Ignore me, I really don't care. I sure haven't lost much by not talking football with the guy who just makes tons of conditional statements so he can brag about the one he got "right." He's also the guy who does the majority of the namecalling, ironically enough.

I'm too lazy to fill it all out and answer everything, but the division:

Hawks 12-4
Rams 10-6
49ers 7-9
Cards 4-12
Got 3 of 4 teams within 1 win. Like most of us, I was way off on Santa Clara.

Had we beaten SF, we would be @ NO instead of @ ATL and vs GB instead of Minn. Not a bad deal I guess.

Going to make a play to see the Patriots game.

Depends on early or late draw. If we draw late then I could.

My brother is getting married in September

Team was in a downward spiral the end of the season... Hawks lost 3 of 4 to finish it out... A loss against Philly would mean we would've lost 4 of 5 to end the year... Not a great way to end the 2019 season... Lost of work in the offseason...

At the same time, we were 2 inches away from winning the division, finishing 12-4, and sweeping SF.

If we lose today, maybe we dump norton as DC. Something will have to change.

Chris Carson is our starting RB in 2020. We can be mad at him for getting hurt I guess, but the reality is he's our best back and has solidified his role as the primary guy in the backfield. We may need to find another backup in the event that Penny takes longer than we hope to recover, but there are capable free agent depth RBs available every year. Doesn't require the use of an early draft pick. Even if Penny is ready for camp, I think there's a great likelihood we would have a look at a veteran runner to come in and compete. Homer is a great ST player and has shown he is able to be effective in spurts as a change of pace option, and he can catch. I think we are from an emergency situation at RB.

Defense played well today even with the offense playing "prevent offense" once they got the lead oof. Boy this defense looks different when they actually put pressure on the QB. Eagles 3-11 on 3rd downs and 0-2 on 4th downs, 9 points and only 282 total yards.

When Wentz went down i thought oh no another 2nd string QB is going to light this Seahawks Defense up.

No game thread, odd.....really solid overall effort last night. Funny that the score was the exact same as when we played earlier in the year. Widest margin of victory of the 4 games this weekend.
  • Russell was excellent. Easily could have thrown for 400+ if it was needed, but there wasn't great reason to take many risks with Philly not being able to get into the ez.
  • DK -- it's all been said already about him. He'll be getting lots of film study attention by GB this week for sure. Hard to gameplan for size, strength, and speed.
  • Hats off to Philly's run D. Outside of Russell's scrambles, I think Lynch's TD was probably the best run of the night? They stuffed our RBs all game long. Need a little more production in GB.
  • The offensive penalties need to be curbed. Hollister isn't good enough to be out there if he can't remember the snap count. Russell was converting the 3rd & longs at a good clip, but it's better not to need that for sure.
We need to be big Vikings fans now. NFC road team wins in this next round means NFCC in Seattle. It's unlikely for sure, but it's possible. If we beat GB, it's either going to be here or Santa Clara so not too many choices.
