Just the fact that he and Jake have lived for as long as they have I think is a testament to what DDP is doing works. I think if the both of them had died any time the past 15 years, I doubt many would’ve been shocked.

I think that should be put ahead of anything he did in the ring. I never thought I’d see Jake Roberts alive in 2022. I just hope he is able to help Bagwell overcome his issues as well.

It doesn't smell right, but don't forget, Hall did have a big drinking problem. That could have weakened his heart, which would have been stressed from the accident and surgery.

Blood clots are a real danger for hip and knee surgeries. Hall had three, IIRC, that released causing the heart attacks.

It's not unheard of. It has to do with blood clotting after any kind of surgery where you'll be immobile for awhile afterwards. Any time you're immobile, you run the risk of developing blood clots. After surgery, they almost always give you medication to prevent clotting. With the condition of his heart, which I'm sure wasn't great to begin with after years of heavy drug abuse, he simply could have developed a clot that moved to his heart and that was that.

From my experiences with knee surgeries, blood clots/DVT was probably my second biggest worry, right behind infection. The doctors probably worried about it more than infection and as a result I had to give myself shots around the naval for 3-4 weeks post operation.
