Marty ball could never win the big game... He coached some good Chiefs teams back in the day, Did a good job with the Browns overall ... But when it came to big moments and big games I feel like he got ultra conservative as a coach, and allowed playoffs games too always come down to the wire... And then he just had bad luck in those moments... He was the most conservative playoff coach I remember watching... Harbaugh is a bad comparison because he won a lot of playoff games in his 4 year stint with the 49rs and got to the Super Bowl... Can't compare the Eagles to that either because they got to the big game as well.... Jeff Fisher also got to the Super Bowl with the Titans...

Hard to call any NBA coach overated since they simply play the "role" of coaches while Stern and his crews of pro-wrestling refs decided the outcome of the games to maximize profits. Once your allowed to become a NBA coach, none of them will call it out for what it is. The kings ransoms they are paid and all the perks are way worth selling your soul for.

Let me help you out, McNabb. OP compared Harbaugh to Schottenheimer. Flyerhawk pointed out that Schottenheimer never made a Super Bowl while Harbaugh did, so it's not a good comparison. Flyerhawk then said that mid 2000s Eagles would be a better comparison. Which they would, because both Harbaugh and the mid 2000s Eagles went to multiple NFC championship games and one Super Bowl. It's a good comparison.

Now, just don't ask me to explain how ties work.
