For a 2nd round pick
Great pick up.
I just wonder what this says about the health of Henry and Gordon?
Henry is supposed to be back in a couple weeks.
I haven't heard anything on Gordon.
Better to have too many than not enough.
I can't say how bad of a move this is.
It is generous to call Sanu a league average WR any more. For the Pats to give up a 2nd rounder for the right to pay him $12M over the next 1.5 years is pretty laughable.
Really makes me think that Belichick has his eyes on the door out just as much if not more than Brady does.
But it just shocking to me that that is the best WR the Pat's could do with a 2nd round pick. I would have thought that Sanders in Denver who, unlike Sanu, still has the ability to create separation would have been a more attractive target and that a 2nd round pick easily would have been able to pry him out of Denver.
not at all, they're playing chess. Sanu is sneaky good. Good route runner, sound. Hes also one of the best pass blocking wr's in football. New england loves running outside zone(sanu's speciality). He gives them ability to play large with gordon, harry, sanu. Or small ball with his blocking. This is a sneaky good pick up........they're playing for january. Pats wanted sanu at draft timeWell good to see NE get raked over the coals for once.
your assessment is just poor, period.I can't say how bad of a move this is.

also, your numbers are off they owe 10.2 between this year and next year, which is nothing..........I can't say how
