23-21 to win the FCS title

The game had two lightnin' delays, and the worst QB play we will see.

But, it was football. and it sure beats....BuzzzzzzBuzzzzz....almost beats Tecmo Bowl, almost.

Isaih Davis a RB for SDS has some serious potential, just a frosh.

Never been to Texas, that just seems wrong.
It's about 47 miles east of College Station. They have a big 70 ft statue of Sam Houston off of I 45 and it's also home to the Texas Department of Criminal Justice

That whole period in time one of my interests as a kid, hell, was Davey Crockett one Halloween. Had Ole Betsy a coon skin cap.

did think he was going to escape, yep....cried.
Well it's possible that the real Crockett may have survived the battle but was killed after he surrendered according to a Mexican General that was at the Alamo.

I have a book about all that (read it years later) and that was the belief, he was actually executed.

Got a lot of heat when that came out

When they invent the time machine that is one of the first places I'm headed, then Custers last stand.

I do prefer Davey went down swinging, don't like this other story.

When I was there, everyone either worked for the prisons in the area or the college. Basically the 1st & 15th was everyone's pay day. If you ended up at a party there was a crap game. Huntsville got the nickname "Huntsvegas".

I lived for a time about 3 blocks from the death house, and that was in a dorm.

I watched the game with 2 staples of my college days. Ramen noodles and Keystone light.

When I graduated, I was asked what it meant to me, I said I never have to eat Ramen noodles again. So, I usually have some on May 15 as a reembraced. Every now and then, I get an urge for a Stone. It's still my cheap beer of choice.
