Actually he's right although at first I thought you probably were.

The reward goes to the team losing the coach because they were ostensibly responsible for "developing" the candidate.

I'm not so sure about this guy, another untested coach who is going to be learning on the job.

At least with the retreads you know they have head coaching experience.

He was on my short list for Dallas last season. Maybe he flops, but I didn’t want to see him in Philly just in case.

As has been mentioned, Demeco Ryans will be promoted. Personally, I like the hire....and besides, if he's deemed to have done a good job, he may get a HC opportunity.
