Nickel CB. I liked Kool Aide, but this guy is a good player.

Mike Sainistril is a pip-squeak and I would not target him. That being said, he is a damn good football player. I can’t say anything negative about this pick. He was shooting up boards and ended up in the 30s. We got him at 50. My only problem is Patrick Paul went two later.

I have a great friend that is a huge Michigan footbal fan - watches all their games - and knows his shit about football (former player / coach) and he thinks Sainristil is a fantastix c football player.

“smart, fearless, started as a wr. A very very good football player.”

FWIW.

I'm very concerned about this too. He looks great BUT wasn't Forbes putting up amazing stats too? I hope Quinn knows what to do with him

never will i ever buy a gd thing sporting commanders logo.

Couldnt agree more. Hideous name.

No interest in that awful W logo. Or the equally hideous alternate looks.

Changing the owner was a start. Getting adults to run the front office was a next step. Hiring legit coaches was a third. Turning over the roster was a fourth.

Next: fix that shit stadium, fix the fan experience, change the name, start winning consistently, and THEN I’ll buy something.

Lol.....I am fighting the urge to buy a black JD5 jersey. I feel so guilty. I haven't yet. Think I'm just going to end up buying a Mitchell and Ness 28.

Paul went two later but was he as highly rated or did somebody go with the position of need.

Forbes put up stats…Sanistrail was a leader, a winner, and put up stats. He is also extremely hard nosed and may suffer from a “Napoleon Complex” which is good for a corner.

I have looked a few times but every time I look at that logo and crappy looking jersey's I throw up a little in my mouth.

I think I am going to buy another Sportster to scratch my itch.

He is decent. Some of you are over hyping him a bit though.

In 2023 as a senior Sainristil saw action in 13 games while playing 551 snaps. He logged 19 tackles, 10 assists, and made 11 stops. In coverage Sainristil had 6 pass breakups, 5 interceptions, and surrendered QB rating when targetted of 66.6. He also chalked up 10 total pressures, and 2 sacks on the season.

Not hype. Just a good football player with ball skills.
