True, but the more that coaches put that one for them to review, as Saban did by sending it in, the more it will be looked at for the rule change they almost made this past off season. It did come up as one they looked at. To me it benefits all teams that get beat by what is an obvious pass play designed as a run from the first look. All teams do it currently, but some use it alot more than others do.

They did mention it and plays can be reviewed in the box, if the play was in question, the officials would have called down to review it. We all have seen that numerous times. Cant flag whats not there.

My point is as relevant as whining about a coach sending in a play to be reviewed and added to the list of plays that meet the criteria of bad calls by officials on plays that meet the ineligible linemen down field rule. Hell, if they take that pop pass play away, Auburn might not have any plays left in their arsenal that work considering the state of the offense presently.

I have not defended either. I pointed out that one wasnt called and was barraged by other teams fanboys for stating it wasnt. Funny how that happens if you defend your own team, huh. Personally, i have no beef with either play because what goes around comes around and can be used against another team as well. Defense is a weak spot on many teams, some more so than others. It will be used, you can bank on it.

Curious how sending a play for review to help the officials maybe look for instances they are missing is being a bitch. Is your coach a bitch for doing the same thing(and dont say he doesnt because you'd be lying) All coaches send in plays for officials to review if they missed something and it helps define the rules better. Its SOP
