Yup he is... $925,00 this season; RFA next season (CapGeek)... listed as a non roster player though (so are Cody Hod(g)son, Tanev and Oreskovich)... Might be a 6/7 kinda guy... played 39 games for Moose and 4 for Canucks last year... did he get injured???

Or do I remember there was an issue with too many players??? so he was loaned to some other team??? anyone remember???

battling for 6,7 job in camp I guess, but he's got a lot of people to pass.
yes, Tanev got his shot last year partially because he could be brought up and sent down without waiver exposure, while Parent would have been vulnerable.
He was pretty highly touted around draft time (2 years in the WJHC), but he's sure been shuffled around ever since.
