Yeah, unless someone's knee was down somewhere before they lateraled the ball, not sure why it wouldn't count.

From what I read, it was the "lateral" at about the 17-second mark of the OP's video that was ruled a forward lateral. This Buffalo Bills fan feels conflicted about that call.
