Rumor in Buffalo

I almost feel bad for these guys. Not really! Anyway, I think I heard it on dome random radio station here in Buffalo in regard to a trade Ryan Miller for Bryzgalov straight up. No way would I make this deal even if it had truth to it. Miller's cap hit I think is around 6.2 million. Just wanted here some thoughts? I think some Sabre fan threw this idea out there.

They were talking about Miller potentially being traded on NHL network last night no names involved but Miller did say he wants to stay in Buffalo and has no interested in being traded.He does have A limited NTC (he can name 8 teams he will not except a trade to)

I mean think about it Miller has been stellar until this season and realistically Buffalo sucks big time in front of him. Secondly even with a cap hit of about 550k more per year he's only signed for 2 more years compared to Bryz's 8. This would be a ridiculous win for the Flyers if it were to happen. Also with a modified NTC you could potentially flip him for something else we'd need if Bob really takes the #1 job.

Trade deadline is gossip time in the NHL these rumors are to be expected.Hell I'm waiting for the Parise rumors.I also happen to agree I would take Miller over Bryz any day of the week.To be honest Miller may be one of very few players I would part with Parise for unless you guys are willing to give up Giroux

This trade is heavily tilted in our favor. No way there is any truth to this.

I could see bryz and a F(possibly Read or Vorachek for Miller) or a pick. I'd still consider that though.

Also I think Bryz could be the man and a top 10 goalie, just not in a big market hockey town.

Only reason I would dump him so quickly is because of the number 9.

I am breaking out the snowshoes to help with the trek.I'm sure they'll be enough volunteers to carry his loafing arse to Buffalo or beyond.

Roy is on his way out if it hasn't happened yet. More moves are coming soon. I like Enroth more than I like Miller. One of them may be heading out? This team is heading south faster than Tommy Lee on Pam. It's pretty ugly.

I don't think there's any truth to it, but if I were the Flyers I'd do it without thinking twice. Miller only has 2 years left on his deal after this one. Meanwhile Bryz has 8. It's a no brainer from Philly's perspective. Regier learned from Bill Torrey so he isn't an idiot. No way this happens from Buffalo's end.
