he definitely has some talent, and this might be the year to enter as a quarterback with a lot of QBs returning for a loaded class next year.

Big loss for Wyoming, though it is a positive sign that they have a player good enough to leave early for the draft.

I don't know his circumstances, but I'd be going for the free education rather than testing the FA NFL market. Maybe he's graduated? Good luck to him.
