Why is this always a rooster kickoff? I hate early games. Not enough time to get my home tailgate going.

If Texas were undefeated and ranked it would probably be at 2:30.
There are only 2 timeslots this game can be played anyway. 11:00am and 2:30pm.


This game must be concluded before the sun goes down.

You avoid a lot of trash on the DART with the early kickoff...not like those folks want any part of the DART on RRSO weekend.

It sets up well as long as we win. I usually just go home after the game when we don't win...no shitty warm overpriced beer or stale-ass corny dogs can temper the duress of having to listen to those fhegs crowing for the rest of the day...

the only time we stayed after the game was my freshman year at OU. Saw the sites walked the Midway, etc., etc., etc.

It was fun the first time, but never really did it again.
