What did the Phillies see in Quinn? Speed. He's 22, 5'10" and a 170 lbs. He averaged 30 errors/yr in 2012 and 2013 in his first two years. But he's much improved now and hitting .306. I'm not convinced he's anything more than the average Philly prospect.
