Some will say it's the Rocky Mountain light air but Hunter Pence hit a ball like it was full of helium tonight as he launched a 2 run HR that went about 474 feet and it would of went further if not for a brick wall which stopped it. It almost put a hole in the wall. Last night it was Pence who hit the wall in right field but tonight he got some revenge . Justice for the Hunter.
Belt who is in a groove like no other is locked in and he is gaining confidence with every AB. He went 4-5 and just missed a double in his last AB. One of the big positives this year has been Belt's transformation into the hitter everyone has been waiting for. He looks like he may be guy in the middle of the order that can really drive the ball and collect some much needed RBI's.
Sandoval continues his resurgence with a long HR to center and he had 3 hits all together. Scutaro added two hits and Sanchez had 2 hits.
Petit only gave up 2 ER over 6 innings and gets a win. The bullpen did their jobs and Romo finished it off in the 9th for his 32nd save.
A great team win as the Giants played good ball. The Giants had it their way in the Rocky Mountains tonight.
