Not that I've seen. I read this morning that he collapsed and died in a Philadelphia restaurant. Sounds like maybe a heart issue, but I expect it'll be a few days to a couple of weeks before we actually hear anything.

Bird recently was interviewed and stated he did not expect to live long. He referenced some stats which shows these big tall guys of heart failure in their 50's and 60's . Terrible to think that way

Reminds me of a funny Shaq story, I guess when Shaq was at LSU they were playing Arizona and Rooks was guarding him and kind of outplaying Shaq pretty clearly. Shaq was talking smack to him saying "I don't care how good you are, I'm the #1 draft pick!". I love that bit, I have to think Shaq was kind of smiling when he said it.
