More baseball giants have left us in the last 12 months than any 12 months I can recall. His interviews with Latin players were wonderful. He did such a great job of putting nervous young players at ease and had great rapport with players of all sorts.
Rest in Peace, Sir.

I was shocked when I read that news last night. Pedro was beloved in Arizona. He was a former columnist for the AZ Republic and his son played for UofA. I’m curious about the cause of death. He was actually tweeting stuff earlier in the day.
