He was a bad ass coach. I'll always remember 1988. The Sooners dominated that year. 35-4 and came up just short (83-79) against those fucking Danny and the Miracles in the title game. They scored 100+ 20 times that season. Finished in the top-3 in the Big 8 10 times. Coached some legendary players....the late great Wayman Tisdale being the top one. Rest in peace, coach.
