    I rememebr hearing sometihng where Harmon is doing it all himself, and while his process is getting more efficient, he isn't doing anything to cut corners. I will allow that.

    He also never had job security, so he would not start on the next season until the contract was signed. His reasoning was that if he had the season done going into negotiations, he would lose the upper hand in the negotiations (the work is done, you might as well get what you can for it).

    The business side sucks, but I get it.

    Now that he has a signed contract for 70+ episodes, the layoffs should not be as extreme.
