Looks like from the opening this one could get testy. in the first minute of the broadcast we see a police escort of the Avs bus arriving at the Joe.

Vernon going for win #300 and former Wolverine Mike Knuble making his NHL debut. Shanahan just signed a contract extension so he should have some jump in his step.

Gotta say, I'm pulling for the Red Wings in this one as the Dives are one of my least favorite teams in the league and I hope somebody nails Foopa good.

Shanahan didn't even get a penalty out of that - must have been deemed a hockey play.

Looking at the box score, Shanahan had a Gordie Howe hat trick and Kamensky for the Dives had an actual hat trick.
