Not getting a Mahomes v Rodgers matchup is a huge blow to the NFL, though

They got shredded for over 400 yards by the back up QB of a 1 win team. They deserve criticism for that, not an explanation that disregards what actually happened.

2019 Packers played Chiefs as well... Rodgers played and Mahomes was injured. 2015 was last previous meeting and Rodgers vs Smith.

Football Gods do not want to see Rodgers vs Mahomes for some reason
