A lot of youth in general. Its hard to back a team with a ton of young guys and not a lot of previous team success.
You are talking about the Dolphins, right?

"Consider this: Miami’s offensive line currently features seven players who have started less than 16 games and have been in the league for two seasons of tenure or less:"

  • Michael Deiter: 15 starts (2 seasons of NFL play)
  • Solomon Kindley: 13 starts (1 season of NFL play)
  • Austin Jackson: 12 starts (1 season of NFL play)
  • Robert Hunt: 11 starts (1 season of NFL play)
  • Greg Little: 6 starts (2 seasons of NFL play)
  • Liam Eichenberg: 0 starts (2021 rookie)
  • Robert Jones: 0 starts (2021 rookie)

If Burrow is healthy - I like the Bengals to do better than most think.

I think the O/U for them was 6.5. Considering they lost 7 games by 8 pts or less last year, lost Burrow and 4-5 starters on defense...I think they can rebound.

Playoffs? Nah. 8 wins, though, I think is doable.

sucka they have 6 games against steelers/browns/ravens

im with you though ive said that before i could see them 4-5 heading into the bye. But sans the raiders, they wont be favored or likely even within 4-5 points of any game from Week 12 onward. Holy last 7 games.

I think Robert Hunt is a decent piece and Eichenberg should be relatively pro ready. Austin Jackson is probably average but if he goes down then I think that oline has serious issues.

Thats definitely a bottom 5 oline entering the season. PFF says that while you dont always see improvement from year to year in football players, the one spot you do is oline so you dont want an oline that young. Eichenberg had real issues against high end pass rushers in college, imo, and Notre Dame is a Oline factory so thats worrysome imo.

Hunt is learning a new position. Jackson is on the Covid list and to miss the game according to some reports.
Dieters replacement is on PS and will start as soon as he learns the system. Kindly has been very inconsistent.
They brought n another tackle this week. Still looking under every rock.

Starting out the season I'm seeing something like this:

1. Tompa Bay Buccaneers
2. Kansas City Chiefs
3. Buffalo Bills
4. Los Angeles Rams
5. San Francisco 49ers
6. Cleveland Browns
7. Green Bay Packers
8. Baltimore Ravens
9. Seattle Seahawks
10. Minnesota Vikings
11. New England Patriots
12. Pittsburgh Steelers
13. Tennessee Titans
14. Arizona Cardinals
15. Los Angeles Chargers
16. Dallas Cowboys
17. Oakland Raiders
18. Washington Redskins
19. New Orleans Saints
20. Indianapolis Colts
21. Denver Broncos
22. Miami Dolphins
23. Chicago Bears
24. Atlanta Falcons
25. New York Jets
26. Jacksonville Jaguars
27. Cincinnati Bengals
28. Philadelphia Eagles
29. Carolina Panthers
30. New York Giants
31. Detroit Lions
32. Houston Texans

Packers, Saints and Ravens have some injuries I'm worried about atm. I expect some of the younger teams to improve as the season goes along.

No arguments with this. Could rearrange the bottom 10 any way you like.

You would think the Pats would be more than a 2.5-3 pt fav at home and not like Tua is a veteran.

I thought you would have gotten your own name right this season after my pointing it out last year.

I guess long posts can be forgiven for containing a single solitary error. ;)

#32 is skull-dragging #31. The Jags are awful
I think you're right on the whole two year tank. Lions were for sure in that mix but Jags might just outstink them

When you get the no-brainer QB prospect of the past 5 years and surround him with a few skill players you really should have something better than the worst team in the league.

Packers played like they were on strike. Im probably not going to do a week 2 power rankings personally because Packers could be anything.

DaFuq?

The link to last week's ratings brings up ratings from December 2020. And last week's rankings in parentheses don't appear at all.
