Probably true in any other year for a 3-4-1 team but looking at the teams below them, only Washington can make a very small argument for being higher.

I'd be willing to bet the 2-3 teams immediately after them in his rankings would beat the Eagles H2H right now... Bengals tied them the first time around and they have only gotten better. Chargers certainly have a case, averaging around 30pts per game. Denver is the only team I wouldn't feel as confident with, but still debatable.
