Kap is still just 31 and is a better starting option than Barkley who had been out of the League for several years......but Kap's being black-balled by the NFL.

When Sanchez is signed before Kaep, one has to wonder.

There is nothing to wonder about. Kaep is on his way to making much more money staying out of the NFL than he would make by getting back into the NFL and on top of that he will remain much healthier.

Don't know why everybody is making such a big deal about signing Sanchez. They needed a reasonably cheap clipboard holder and got it. Sanchez is a better "clipboard guy" than anyone else out there. And seriously, if they lose McCoy and have to use that third guy, they're completely fucked anyway. Fwiw, I think Colt takes them to the play-offs and they lose to the Panthers or Vikes in the WC game.
