Adrian Peterson is going through individual work with his new team. He went fourth in each drill but one thing was clear: he's a bigger back than the others. But time will tell what he has left.

He is in a way better situation then Arizona they are pretty bad and New Orleans he was stuck in a 3 way committee

Is he? David Johnson does pretty well in Arizona, and he wasn’t really part of the committee in NO. How did NO do at RB when he left?

AP is one dimensional. He can’t block and he can’t catch. When he’s on the field, it’s obvious they will be running the ball and if no, he’s a wasted position.

Doesn't matter. The Redskins are desperate for any RBs rt now. AP being there is not taking away any opportunities for other RBs. If any of the RBs can contribute they will be on the field. If it turns out that AP can't really contribute then I have no doubt that they will release him later in the season. This is a very low risk situation.

I love how motivated he is. He is also bringing life and confidence from the RB position.
If he stays healthy this could be a very good deal for the Skins

Good grief, one dimensional all the way to Canton!

Here's the thing, if there's one player already here that's better than AP, then he will get the start. There might be some gnashing of teeth if he gains the starting role from some of our other RB's but in truth, they should have shown the coaches that they deserved the nod.

Perine May have but got injured. Looked plenty explosive to me.

Exactly, however, there's only one reason to sign AP in the first place... injuries.

Lets not forget that they do things like this to try to boost ticket sales and maybe even jersey sales. Guice was getting a lot of love and the fans were excited. I am sure the front office was excited, partially for football reasons but certainly for marketing reasons.

AP is worth a look . Jersey sales shouldn’t have anything to do with it . If he can’t beat out Kelley the he is washed up and should be let go
