Game Thread: Redskins @ Falcons Preseason Week 1

I actually paid for the NFL Game pass. Only because I realized it would let me watch the preseason games, and all the other games without eating half my DVR space. And it also gives me the option to watch last years game to compare how guys looked last year vs this coming season. Not a horrible deal for $99

I was going to get it but I won't see any preseason games live because of work

Very disappointed in our run game. I was not impressed with either the run blocking or the running backs. I hope this comes around, but I've always thought this was our weakness. Don't care how big a threat our passing attack is, if we pose no threat to run, it will have a ripple effect on our ability to pass.

Yeah! I was not impressed, either, which scares me. If we can't run, it's gonna be a long season.

Without it I wouldnt see any live because they air the Bucs, Jags or Dolphins in my local area.

IM in Florida, so sadly half the Saturday games i get to see are the Gators who I hate. Matt JOnes to me is nothing more than a change of pace back. Capable of ripping off a big one every once in a while if he can stay healthy. BUt an every down feature back he is not. I will come out and say it, I think SMGM fucked up in pushing Alf out the door.

From the few carries he had, he still runs way too tall. If he doesn't learn to get his pads lower than the defender, he will routinely get flattened, which is what happened last night.
