I'm just here to troll everyone
Put me down for 12-15 with all the road games, and the injuries.
AB: I MAY NEED TO MISS A FEW GAMES MYSELF WITH SORE FEET AND HANDS FROM BEATING DOWN THESE FUCKING PUSSIES I HAVE.
To be fair the team is kind of beat up already. You couldn't expect us to do that well with all our injuries to key people right now. We suck, but it's not all plain sucking, some is injury related
AB: EXPLAIN TO ME HOW A GIDP AFTER TWO LEADOFF SINGLES IS DUE TO INJURY...OR HAVING THIS FUCKING SCRUB ON THE ROPES WITH 24 PITCHES THROUGH THREE OUTS RECORDED AND LETTING HIM GET THREE OUTS IN 8 PITCHES IS DUE TO SOMEONE GETTING HURT.
I'M DEFINITELY GOING TO HURT SOMEONE, THAT'S FOR SURE.
I would be pleased with anything approaching .500 ball, but I fear we will for 11-16.
And it is too late to predict 27-0.
You can still try for 26-1 though
So we give one of yesterday's losses to May?
Yeah, on the May thread I counted the rained out game for May, where it was scheduled. May was 14-14
So far 6-7 in June
Roadie from Hades was 4-5, but should have been 5-4, and could have been better.
Team shows some resilience in spite of injuries.
Cain and Bum seem to have righted themselves. Gaudin, properly handled (80 pitches), is a decent #5.
Zito and Timmy need to step it up. Zito should pitch ONLY at home. Timmy had a decent game today, a technical QS, but still threw too many pitches and gave up too many walks.
And freaking Towers with his 5 errors in LF. I'd sooner see Perez or Kieschnick out there. But Bochy and Sabes love the vets.
