I would take that bet.
In fact, although I won't bet against them right now, I don't think the Celtics will even make the Finals. And I doubt the Warriors lose more than 2 games. And I think I should possible they don't lose any.
I think you are underestimating the gap between GS and the rest of the league.
The Warriors biggest obstacle to winning another title is the Warriors.
Houston took them to 7 games last year, so...
Thank you Miles.
Durant gets hurt... I think the Celtics could potentially take it, or the sixers, if Fultz found his shot this offseason.
Especially if the Sixers get Kawhi.
nah, i think that trade would hurt the process. Cov And DARIO (as it feels like Brett yelled down the court every defensive possession last year
Well, I really don't want to have the conversation again about how that happened, so I won't talk about that.
Houston lost 2 key pieces in Ariza and Bah Amoute. The Warriors added Cousins.
I love both of those guys. Kawhi is a top 4 player in basketball though. He's an elite defender with a strong perimeter shot who can create on his own. He would completely open up the floor for Ben Simmons.
Kawhi played 9 games.
Fultz played 14.
I don't want to give up Fultz at all.
I think they're both risks.
Last time the Sixers traded for an injured guy it didn't go well.
Hard to call Kawhi top 4 after not playing.
Lakers odds drop from 5-1 to 10-1. I was right about something for once.
With Marcus Smart resigning, the C's now have the band comfortably back together + 2 All Star caliber additions...
The C's have the capacity to play the switching style of defense that was able to be competitive against Golden State (as shown in the Houston series).
So... yeah, Boston certainly belongs within the realm of "realistic possibility."
If by realistic you mean like 2%, then I am good with that.
Dark horse in Chicago but their young team should be more fun to watch in the East.
Hope Jabari can find himself but they have to play D
