Ravens declared RB Mark Ingram, OLB Jaylon Ferguson, DT Justin Ellis, CB Pierre Desir, WR James Proche, P Johnny Townsend, and DT Broderick Washington inactive for the Divisional Round against the Bills.​

Ingram's agent wants the league to believe he's being healthy scratched so that he won't get hurt and cost $1.2 million against Baltimore's books next year, but the truth is both J.K. Dobbins and Gus Edwards are just better players at this stage of their careers. Justice Hill will also be available to play special teams.

There was a chance Williams was active in place of Zack Moss, but that role will instead fall to T.J. Yeldon behind Devin Singletary. The latter is expected to handle the lion's share of however many touches OC Brian Daboll designates to his backfield.
