The Rangers are taking calls from teams about any player on their roster, and, according to a source, are open to discussing anyone in the right deal. A would-be buyer appears to be heading towards a potential day of selling.

Two of the Dodgers traded were aquired through trades, not drafted by the Dodgers so that would come from scouting decisions not draft choice picks. They do know how to develop players to increase their value.

Yeah, they are good at the whole package of player development.

If I had to rank the order of guys I would want to be traded Seager would be first. He is a big part of our only championship but he will never be the same. He will continue to miss games.
Evo would be last. He is a Texas guy with a ton of grit. Last year would have been a great year for the team to make a run. Nate and his 1.73 ERA was rare and he might have pushed us thru another championship if CY would have made better moves prior to the season.
I dont really want to trade Latz but he may be able to bring back something good.

I would add Carter to your list. He is starting to hit better plus his defense is elite. Think some people forget Carter is still only 23.
