Castillo for sure. Scarborough more than likely. AJ and Paulino too early to tell.
I just used tbose names as a barometer of the type of trade it would take to get Abrams.
I definiitely feel Russell or Scarborough would have to back to Washington if not both..
I gotta be honest with you Abrams is very enticing. My buddy is a Nationals fan and he is always sending me video clips of Abrams.
There is alot to like there.

That all depends on how long CY stays here and if the Rangers are buyers at the deadline this year. I do think Scarborough, Russell, and Castillo will have good big league careers somewhere.

I concur. He left him too long.
I am somewhat frustrated with Leiter. Expected a little more from him. Maybe this is what he is.

I mean at least the increase is slowing (don't expect the '26 number to finish much higher). Still a problem and one that ABS could have unintentionally exacerbated

The Rockies have DFAed Blaine Crim.

I wonder why. He is hitting 265 with 7 doubles and 6 HRs with 35 RBIs at Albuquerque. I know he's 28 but he still has some years left in him.
