Rangers head to the Twin Cities starting tonight. Games are at 6:40, afternoon game on Thursday.

Rangers K pace got a little better this weekend, they're now down to a 1,703 pace. Detroit has now matched them them for total K's.

Hard series to predict. Minnesota pitching is near the bottom of the list for walks and strikeouts. The team has a worse record but a better run differential. If either team swept the other here, I wouldn't be surprised. I can see more outcomes than a Woodward lineup.

Getting Joey out of the 3 hole should help scoring more runs. We'll see.

What concerns me is Joey at the plate with runner(s) on and 2 outs. I think he gets inside his own head and is more likely to strike out. Putting him at 2 or 5 (my preference right now) takes that pressure off him.
