As good as the first 6 games were on the road this sweep loss at home feels much worse. 1.3 runs a game at home is not going to cut it.

We changed out 3 guys who had been struggling offensively for a long time in Semien, Heim and Garcia. If we have to do that again with Jung, Pederson, and Smith, and if Wyatt is not going to take a step forward, we might as well rebuild. That is a whole lot to try and improve on.

Would be very dissapointed if that's the case with Langford. I also would put Seager,Degrom and Nate out there to move as well.
If we have do a rebuild would prefer that C.Young not be a part of it.

In that scenario, it would probably make sense to include Nimmo and Gore to those tradeable assets. We have awhile to decide if all of that is necessary, though.

I think part of the problem is when management provides you a Garcia and Martin what are you to do with that? Move them to middle innings? Send to AAA? Cut Martin? I can't help but think your hands are tied in a sense because this is how management feels they should be used. That of course is just my perception.

As bad as Adolis looked against us his average is up to 294 and he hit his 2nd HR today. I know it's early.
