Series Thread: Rangers Bats Awaken In Toronto August 12-14

Our first two matchups find us facing a pitcher with an ERA over 5 and one with an ERA over 6. The matchup Wednesday against Sean Reid-Foley will be the tougher one. The youngster has only given up 3 ER in his last 17 innings. So, look for the bats to do well in the first 2 games.

Maybe Odor gets a multiple hit game or two.

We have a history of waking up other team's bad pitchers. One or both will probably hold the Rangers bats to 1 or less hits over the 1st 4 or 5 innings

Remember going opening day when Elvis took over at SS. Really cold morning but sun came out and was really warm 3B side. Been since 2017 for opening day tailgate. God times

I used to go every Opening Day before they started changing the way tickets were sold. I remember when we manhandled Cliff Lee on Opening Day. I also remember a couple of classics against the Yankees in the late 70s.
