Joe, could you run those same numbers for the upcoming season?

That would be a neat trick if I could do that.

Here's a tease for later.... (@ work)... tonight's trivia question will be about playoffs.

Was taking a peek through WR today... I felt like sharing.

Top 10 Yards Per Reception Leaderboard -- **targets/catches**

1. Vincent Jackson - 19.2 -- **147/72**
2. Danario Alexander - 17.8 -- **62/37**
3. Cecil Shorts - 17.8 -- **106/55**
4. Torrey Smith - 17.4 -- **110/49**
5. T.Y. Hilton -- 17.2 -- **91/50**
6. Chris Givens -- 16.6 --**80/42**
7. Steve Smith -- 16.1 -- **138/73**
8. Calvin Johnson -- 16.1 -- **204/122**
9. Lance Moore -- 16.0 -- **104/65**
10. Mike Williams -- 15.8 -- **127/63**

A few to chew on: (I understand Nate, and Josh were higher than MWTB and Moore, but I felt they were better served where I put them)

Joe Morgan -- 37.9 -- **21/10** (playing time?)
Nate Washington -- 16.2 -- **89/46** (playing time?)
Josh Gordon -- 16.1 -- **96/50** (suspension)
DeSean Jackson -- 15.6 -- **85/45** (Eagles unknown)
Brandon LaFell -- 15.4 -- **76/44** (will targets increase?)

The rest of the "elite" who were over 15...

Demaryius Thomas -- 15.3 -- **141/94**
Jordy Nelson -- 15.2 -- **73/49**
Julio Jones -- 15.2 -- **129/79**
Dez Bryant -- 15.0 -- **138/92**

It's all good.

TRIVIA TIME - PLAYOFFS

Assuming that the playoffs begin and end in week 14-16, who most likely hurt your team in that 3-game stretch last season? And who most likely helped your team in that 3-game stretch? (Standard scoring.)

So I need a best and worst 3-game average from each category. Here's your choices:

RB - AP; Martin, Charles; Foster; Rice; Morris; Spiller; Lynch
WR - Calvin; Marshall, Green; Demaryius; White; Bryant; Julio; VJax
QB - Brees; Rodgers; Peyton; Brady; Newton; Kaepernick; Ryan; Wilson

Tick, tick, tick...

tlance and Sam, you both went 3 of 6. Here's the playoff stats from 2012 weeks 14 thru 16:

RB
Lynch 33-21-27 = 27.0 (best)
AP 31-37-8 = 25.3
Charles 32-2-36 = 23.3
Morris 19-20-16 = 18.3
Rice 22-3-24 = 16.3
Spiller 4-19-19 = 14.0
Martin 21-2-11 = 11.3
Foster 13-19-0 = 10.7 (worst)

WR
Bryant 11-11-51 = 24.3 (best)
Calvin 14-15-23 = 17.3
White 20-1-30 = 17.0
Marshall 25-11-12 = 16.0
Julio 12-20-13 = 15.0
VJax 22-8-13 = 14.3
Demaryius 8-1-19 = 9.3
Green 4-11-12 = 9.0 (worst)

QB
Newton 57-21-22 = 33.3 (best)
Brees 19-40-38 = 32.3
Ryan 26-28-37 = 30.3
Brady 42-29-18 = 29.7
Rodgers 13-30-41 = 28.0
Wilson 10-41-30 = 27.0
Peyton 19-21-32 = 24.0
Kaepernick 18-32-16 = 22.0 (worst)
* Honorable mention (though he wasn't a choice) Tony Romo put up 14-28-57 for 33.0 avg.

Count 'em...

Crabtree, Harvin, Pitta, Maclin, Nelson, Alexander (and even the non-factor), Benn. All OUT.

Stevie Johnson (hammy), Bennett (concuss), Green (knee), Shorts (calf), Holmes (foot), Manningham (knee)...

I realize that not all of these guys have major fantasy relevance, but does this change anyone's approach to their upcoming drafts?

I had Alexander pegged as a late pick-up to come off the bench, Pitta would have been a nice TE but he got hurt early enough before I started mocks to consider him. I usually stay away from Harvin as he's always having issues; WR did have some good depth this season but it's starting to thin out quick

tlance and Sam - man, you guys must be as bored as me...

Question 3
Of the same list of elite RB, which one had the most number of games with less than 10 fantasy points (standard scoring)?

Question 4
Of this list of elite WR, which one had the most number of games with less than 10 fantasy points (standard scoring)?
