Looks like Andretti Global is getting approved to move into the ranks with a Cadillac power plant. No word on the livery system yet but it looks like Colton Herta is leaving Indycar to be the driver.

How can he be their test driver if he doesn't have enough points for a F1 license? He will be driving F2 next year to get the points

Maybe he has an obesession with RB? Cadillac and Andretti Autosport are marching forward with their plans to enter F-1 in 2026 since being approved for entry!

Romain Grosjean has left America and IndyCar and is now a driver for Carl Haas in Formula-1. The connection is Grosjean drove for Michael Andretti and Andretti drove for Newman (owned and founded by Gene)-Haas when Andretti was a driver. Both Carl and Gene have owned Formula-1 teams but they are not related but know of each other. I am quite sure Carl Haas has been assisting Andretti's entrance to Formula-1 as an owner of the new Cadillac Team.

Now Grosjean will occupy a driving role with Carl Haas as the Season is drawing to a close. I don't know how that is going to affect Haas' present Drivers in Ocon and Bearman but nonetheless the switch has been made.
