Here's who the Rams have signed among the undrafted thus far...

Steven Mitchell, WR, USC
Tegray Scales, LB, Indiana
Steven Parker, S, Oklahoma

Codey McElroy, TE, Southeastern Oklahoma State (The Savage Storm, lol)
Afolabi Laguda, S, Colorado
Chucky Williams, S, Louisville
Laquvionte Gonzalez, WR, Kansas
Ramon Richards, S, Oklahoma State

Mitchell and Scales are of immediate interest. McElroy is quite a story, played pro baseball before going SE OK ST, played basketball there, and gets a $20K bonus to sign with the Rams after only playing in 10 games of football since middle school.

The lack of Young CBs freights me. Could use some guys that can learn behind peters and Talib

Wish Blanding could've been one of those guys. Sadly he was an UFA signing for the Skins.

Sure, however size is important to consider over the course of a game. Take Joyner for instance, we can get away with him at corner for a few downs a game, but not as an every down back, he's just too small and will get abused over the course of a game without the height and size.

Tegray Scales

40-yard dash
: 4.78 seconds
Bench press: 27 reps (tied for second among linebackers)

Was thought to be a 5th rounder. I like this guy and Kiser at ILB coming in. Not a great 40 time but looks pretty flippin strong. Barron could be gone sooner than later. Someone compared him to Navarro Bowman but I wonder what Scales can do in the 3 cone. Kiser was 7.05 in the 3 cone

^ Those numbers above tell you the combine can't tell you shit about a football player. And how important instincts are when it comes to player development. Can't teach that. Kiser and Scales both are said to have excellent football instincts at LB.

We've seen it before. Teams fall in love with a player at the combine that tested like some sort of alien, but had below average football instincts or IQ was just baaaad.

Looks like Parker has good size and had a good pro day.

Parker was supposed to be really good but never lived up to the hype. Maybe he can get it together and make the roster.
