Figured I would get this started.

Not quite sure who I want to win this game as far as division positioning.

My gut tells me the Rams will roll in this one considering the drubbing they took at home against the Cards.

27-20 Rams-

Because they played a bad game on Sunday and got rolled, so they will have a little extra urgency. Also, I think they are the better team regardless.

Seems to the popular take looking at wagers for the Rams to win giving 2.5.

Chris Carson (neck) is inactive for Week 5 against the Rams.

Chris Carson (neck) is inactive for Week 5 against the Rams.

"Neck" didn't seem like a body part that was terribly likely to be overcome on a short week. The fact that Carson has avoided injured reserve, at least so far, does bode well for his odds of a Week 6 return. In his Thursday night absence, Alex Collins will be the Seahawks' early-down leader against a Rams defense that has been giving on the ground. Collins should see enough touches to get himself in the RB2 mix, though Travis Homer could steal some carries while perhaps/probably operating as the primary passing-down back. Joining Carson on the shelf are CB John Reid, OT Jake Curhan, OT Stone Forsythe and DL Robert Nkemdiche.

It's been a while since I've noticed the Seahawks as a home dog.... guess the 12's (piped in noise) will need to show up in full throat.

Rams declared QB Bryce Perkins, OLB Chris Garrett, OT Alaric Jackson, TE Brycen Hopkins and DL Bobby Brown inactive for Week 5 against the Seahawks.

With few injury question marks even on the short week, and no officially "questionable" players, the Rams are one of the healthier teams in the league right now.

Well I'll be 'that Seahawks fan' and say I think Seattle is in for a rough game.

Seattle's pass rush and rush defense sucks... Stafford should have plenty of time to throw and my fatass could probably rush for 2 YPC against Seattle's D.
Metcalf is ready but may not be 100%... Rams don't necessarily have an electric secondary but they can shut down one.
Wilson refuses to pass over the middle or use TEs.... so the weakness in the Rams LBer crew will likely not be exploited.
Carson is banged up, but Donald and the Rams D is MUCH better against the run than Seattle's D and should be able to stuff accordingly.

I see it being a game of catch up from Seattle's end... and Wilson forcing deep throws which granted, he IS the best deep ball QB in the NFL currently, but if teams are gameplanning it (which the Rams will) it wont work.

31-20 Rams. Going for a bit of the blowout here. I 100% hope I'm wrong and if I am I will absolutely eat crow (for making a prediction that doesn't favor my team? Eh I guess that's how it works these days).

Anyway, GO HAWKS!

lol could be one of those stupid games as well... I dunno, I know division games defenses always bring a diff. intensity.... I just don't see how Seattle's defense is going to put up anything relevant vs. Stafford.... and in the event they do they'll collapse once they have a > 8 point lead and allow Stafford to start scoring at will.
