Do we do him like the Cubs did Kris Bryant for an extra year or do we just put him on the opening day roster??

Bryant's was 12 days for 1 extra year of service. Idk how Acuna's work.

Acuna is going to be a great player. So yeah you do what you have to do to keep him longer.

I think you HAVE to keep him down for that 2-3 week period to get that extra year out of him. Cubs did it with Bryant. Rays did it with Longoria back when he came up. Do whatever you can to keep him longer for cheaper.

I think it's only like 2 weeks then you can call him up and have him the whole year. And you absolutely do this. An extra year control in exchange for the first 2 weeks of the season, there's no debate.

Also, he just won the AFL MVP. Hope he continues to improve like we've seen. He could be the next big thing

Maybe we can beg Ted Turner to buy the team back so we can just pay Acuna what he's worth at the end of his rookie deal. If our lineup is better with him in it, he should be in it and we all just need to pray that some billionaire will come along and buy the Braves from that media conglomerate in Colorado that sees us as nothing but a spreadsheet.
